So far, just a bunch of ideas (and a fragment of a planned book) by Max Sinister for a timeline in which Nazi Germany wins World War II - without crashing down a few years later already. But also done in a realistic way, without Magic, Time Travel, or important persons suddenly and without any motivation acting in a way that helps the Nazis.
This is admittedly a PoD for very AH beginners, but I wanted to check out what one can create based on this.
Admittedly, I thought up and wrote this TL during bad times. Take it as a reminder that things might be worse!
Warning: This won't be like "climbing the Mount Everest of AH", but more like diving into its Marianas Trench.
Addendum: With TTL I not only have gained Friends. And I can understand that many people nowadays don't want to hear anything about "Nazis win" TLs - not in an era in which the new Nazis and other too-far-Rightists keep on winning elections. But I have to give those people a fair warning: Those who can't even bear victorious Nazis in Fiction - will be even less able to stop them IRL. — Max Sinister
All in all, I expect that of the changes compared to OTL 90% will be bad, and 10% good. Like the survival of Alexander Student.
So far I can't tell you how TTL will end - but certainly not with "Eternal 'Aryan' Paradise!" And also not with the characters discovering at the end "Hey, we're just existing in an Alternate history written by someone who calls himself Max Sinister!"
In case it helps: In OTL, the Nazis have no chance of repeating their trial to conquer the whole world under the same circumstances. Let alone several million times, which they'd need to be successful only once.
It might be that some developments in this TL will remind of my older TL "The Death of Todt".
Expect lots of dark humor, you will need it. Just as the people who lived through the time under the Nazis IRL needed it.
What's hardest to write? In May 1940, the Nazis hadn't committed most of their OTL crimes yet. In Auschwitz, the first prisoners had just arrived yet; Operation Barbarossa wasn't even prepared yet; Lidice was just another Czech village. This TL shall not whitewash anything, but if you only know its very start, misunderstandings are possible.
And anybody who expects that this TL would have a Nazi Reich without genocides at its end, rather should leave right now.
This story shall give answers to the big three questions:
- How did we get there? How could Adolf Nazi have won this war?
- Why didn't the Nazi Reich come crashing down, despite of all their mistakes?
- And how the hell do we get rid of it, without wrecking the whole planet Earth?
If OTL is situated in the center (x=0), in the left half we have TLs in which the Nazis lost even earlier/higher - no matter how - and in the right half TLs in which they were more lucky, the tiny segment all the way on the right (marked by the arrow) is standing for the timelines in which they actually managed to win the war.
Obviously, the first two questions can only have an answer, if the Nazis have veeery much good luck - the aforementioned Sixes from the Title. How many we'd have at the End wasn't clear from the beginning.
- First Six: The Wehrmacht defeats the remains of the Allied troops in the battle of Dunkirk, after managing to take the city on May 25th before them.
- Second Six: In July 1940, Gestapo and SD manage to uncover the so-called "Black Orchestra". Resistance fighters like Hans Oster are eliminated, Admiral Canaris paralyzed.
- Third Six: Operation Barbarossa starts ten days earlier and with twelve German divisions more.
- Fourth Six: Operation Golden Fox - a military operation which never happened in OTL, but leads to the conquest of Karelia and Kola with Murmansk by the Axis Powers.
- Fifth Six: "Ostfrieden" (Eastern Peace) - After a British bomb destroys the Neue Reichskanzlei, the "Führer" is angered so much that he offers a separate peace to "Comrade" Stalin, to fight the Empire together. Thus, the Soviet Union cedes the Nazis some "Lebensraum" in the East and delivers valuable Resources to them.
- Sixth Six: Operation Felix - the conquest of Gibraltar is successful in spring 1942.
- Seventh Six: Operation Freedom - an un-successful Invasion in Morocco of the western Allies in the latter half of 1942.
- Eighth Six: Submarine Warfare/Battle of the Atlantic going better for the Nazis because of a safer Enigma.
- Ninth Six: "Westfrieden" (Western Peace) when Britain drops out after a Tory palace revolt against Churchill.
Currently, the TL has reached the middle of 1943 so far, with some exceptions. And after that? Time for part II: Let's see how to hold this "Reich" in one piece for 20 to 25 years.

This story/TL will be written in both English and German, in a parallel way. All of its subpages describe this World and everyone/-thing in it just until (currently) May/June 1940, besides a few exceptions. Some pages however give a (spoilered) glimpse into TTL's future.
TTL has been created without the use of AI, except for the translation into English, and even for that purpose no AI was used before September 2025.
In case you're interested: I could at least imagine to have others cooperate with TTL. It's just a question of the copyright, and IANAL. Other than that, my conditions would be:
- Don't develop TTL farther into the future than I do
- Don't contradict the data I've established for TTL
- If in doubt, ask me whether some idea you have for TTL is OK
Other than that, you may want to write "fanfiction" for this TL. After all, it was supposed to become the canonical, somewhat realistic "Nazis win WW2" timeline.
